We will always endeavour to respond as quickly as possible. However, please keep in mind that we are based just south of Sydney, Australia, which for many of you in the Western hemisphere means that we are in a very different time zone. If you are keen for a same day response, then for those in American time zones, your best chance will be later in the afternoon or evening (the later the better), which will be during the morning for us. For those in European time zones, your best chance is in the morning, and the earlier the better. You can check the current time for us here.
